Laura Byrne is a certified Level 3 Personal Trainer, Pre/Postnatal Specialist, and Nutrition Advisor, holding a BSc (Hons) in Biology. With expertise in sustainable health, fitness, and wellbeing, Laura brings a holistic approach to her training style, combining movement, nutrition, and mental wellness to inspire lasting, healthy habits in her clients.
Laura specialises in pre and postnatal fitness and curates bespoke programs that emphasize balance, realistic goals, and gradual progress. Her mission is to support clients on their health journeys, helping them see that success is found in the journey itself, not just the destination.
Laura coaches from her own personal, as well as professional experience: 3 differing pregnancies, multiple competitions, olympic lifting and more.

Sports and fitness have permeated Cal's life from a very young age, particularly ball sports, and today Cal is a qualified Personal Trainer, Hyrox trainer & CrossFit coach.
Cal strongly maintains that every person is an individual and there are no set guidelines for any one client to succeed. Cal strives to work with you and work around your schedule to make this lifestyle change a sustainable and permanent one, not just a 4-week fad.
Cal runs a high paced style of workout class combing functional strength movements with metabolic conditioning. Whatever your goal, whether that be drop weight, hit a new PR, or learn a new skill, Cal is sure to help you realise your fitness potential.

Gosia, otherwise known as 'G', works with clients to become 1% better each time they train.
She has been into sport as long as she can remember. Her first love was football, then volleyball and handball. When she was at uni she trained boxing and MMA pretty competitively. She then moved to London and discovered CrossFit and that was it.
She has been doing CrossFit for the last 7 years. Firstly as a member, but for nearly 5 years as a coach. Across her coaching career she is always educating herself in different areas: Olympic weightlifting with BWL, plyometrics and agility at St Mary’s university, S&C, Opex, PT course, CrossFit lev 2, CrossFit Kids and few more.
Gosia's experience spans across a variety of client profiles, from specific physical conditioning such as side scoliosis, to professional surfers, tennis players, post injury rehab, and general population clients who want to balance having fun with developing skills, strength and fitness.
Gosia has always pretty competitive and continually strives for the highest standards. She is focused on her own goals as an athlete and as a coach and works to help her clients set challenging goals for themselves. Being focused works in equal measure with enjoying the process which is why Gosia creates a fun and relaxed environment for her clients while working out.
Gosia truly brings a positive energy on and off the coaching floor, which radiates to all those around her.

Holly is our professional juggler of operations and client relations, helping to keep our wheels turning and makes sure we're dotting the Is and crossing the Ts.
You'll often find her as the first face to greet you as you enter our beautiful Chiswick Studio. She's usually the one to answer your email or help you with your query, to onboard you as a new client, or assist with your scheduling as an existing client, and you'll also find her training alongside you in a class. Whatever, whenever, whoever - you'll always find yourself in the helping hands of Holly.
Inspired by her training journey with Fit & Food from the day it opened it's doors, Holly has completed her Level 2 Gym Instructing diploma and is currently working towards her Level 3 Personal Trainer Certification.
Jo comes to the studio with a wealth of experience. She trained 5 days a week for almost 12 years at a CrossFit box in Mallorca until she returned to the UK in 2021. In 2021, post surgery and treatment for breast cancer, she moved back to London. Her desire to return to fitness was a huge part of her recovery and she is keen to share this with others in similar positions.
Level 3 Personal Trainer Jo, mainly focuses on menopausal and post surgery women but still loves a CrossFit WOD and includes elements of these within her classes. She is committed to helping people navigate their own personal journey with empathy, optimism, knowledge and support; combining a whole range of methods to achieve better health and fitness at this most vital time in their life.
Jo's goal for her more mature clients is to help them feel strong and capable, and to feel confident in their own bodies at an age that can often be challenging and overwhelming. Her teaching style is inclusive, kind and encouraging and she caters to all levels of ability, including people that have never considered gym training before.

Luke, a South London born and raised personal trainer, now well-known and loved in West London leads several of Fit & Food's weekly classes.
As a former amateur boxer for a London boxing club, a strength & conditioning expert, a Hyrox competitor (and soon to be Hyrox trainer), Luke expertly plans and leads class members through effective workouts varying focus between strength, conditioning, mobility, stability, endurance, power, speed, agility, and performance.
Luke's classes at Fit & Food are always busy, energetic, challenging in the right ways and always filled with laughter and healthy competition.

Natalie is a Level 3 Personal Trainer and Nutrition Advisor certified in Pre and Post Natal Training, Pilates, Corrective Exercise and Theragun Recovery.
She specialises in building strong core foundations and improving functional movement patterns to prevent injury and to allow her clients to move through life without limitation and pain.
With her extensive experience in helping people of all ages and abilities to achieve goals such as strength building, weight loss, injury recovery, and improvement of general fitness, Natalie loves to challenge her clients by bringing variety to sessions and tailoring each one exactly to the stage and ability of each client.
Natalie’s warm smile and welcoming manner means clients always feel at ease training with her at Fit & Food.

After initially navigating the world of property, Rachel returned to her long-standing passion for fitness and hasn't looked back since. After qualifying as a personal trainer, she honed her coaching ability with hundreds of clients under the guidance of three-time Olympian Sarah Lindsay. With a BSc in Psychology, she seamlessly weaves a psychological touch into her training sessions, recognising the vital role the mind plays in physical breakthroughs.
Beyond her dedication to coaching clients, Rachel makes a personal commitment to practicing what she preaches. Her hands-on expertise hasn't just been honed through thousands of hours of coaching experience; it's fuelled by her personal passion for Cross-Fit.
Outside of the gym, she's continuing to grow her expertise and is on the path to obtaining her Level 4 qualification in Strength & Conditioning.
Rachel's training philosophy is built around longevity. She sets strong foundations for each client, and makes continually assessments to build lasting results and minimise the risk of injury. She is thorough, driven and an excellent authority on body recomposition.

Zsuzsi is a passionate advocate for Women’s health and wellbeing, who strongly believes that physical activity and a balanced diet is the most effective way to increase quality of life and longevity. Throughout her personal life as a mother of two, and during her previous career in the art industry in New York and Central London, Zsuzsi has always maintained the ethos ‘prioritising exercise isn’t selfish, it’s essential’.
Zsuzsi transitioned from her career in the corporate world to pursue her passion in fitness and health. Inspired by her own personal journey of empowerment through exercise, Zsuzsi is dedicated to helping women move, nourish and care for their bodies in a way that sustains them for life. Zsuzsi has also completed the Nutrition Science course from Stanford Center for Health Education further enhancing her ability to guide others towards a balanced and healthy lifestyle.
As a mum of two, both delivered through C-section, Zsuzsi is no stranger to the physical and emotional challenges of pregnancy, birth, postnatal recovery, and motherhood beyond. In addition to these C-Sections, Zsuzsi has also undergone two additional major surgeries and so she deeply understands the recovery process and the path back to a high level of fitness after such significant obstacles. These transformative personal experiences, combined with scientific principles, make Zsuzsi's coaching approach expertly tailored to each client's unique journey.
Zsuzsi’s focus is on supporting women to develop all aspects of female health and fitness: strength training, mobility, conditioning and functional fitness. As a competitive Hyrox and Turf Games athlete, Zsuzsi is living proof that with the right care, attention, and dedicated coaching, it is possible to surpass your limits and achieve your fullest potential, even into your forties.
Zsuzsi is also certified in padwork, kettlebells and is currently studying towards her ante and postnatal certification.
Osteopath & Personal Trainer
Kathy's repertoire in health & fitness is extensive. Kathy is a registered osteopath who graduated with first-class honours from the College of Osteopaths in London. She also holds a Master’s degree in International Management and a Diploma in Clinical Acupuncture from the University of Hong Kong, where she studied for two years. Kathy is currently furthering her expertise by pursuing a Master’s in Sports Rehabilitation at St. Mary’s University.
Kathy is also Level 3 Personal Trainer and Pre & Post Natal Pilates certified and has also gained qualifications in TRX, Core Resistance Training, Crossfit and Yoga. Whether training athletes, supporting clients through injury, or guiding Women through the menopause, Kathy offers a holistic approach to helping her clients get stronger and healthier.

A local, leading specialist in the field of Women's Pelvic Health, Jade Rodham has a passion for helping individuals feel good, particularly women.
With eight years experience as a registered Physiotherapist, five of those specialising in Women's Health, and over 20 years as a Personal Trainer, Jade is truly able to provide specialist support, assessment, and education for all of her clients.
Jade has three beautiful children of her own, so understands the demands of pregnancy on the female body, in both the immediate and the long term.
In addition, being in the transitional stage of peri menopause herself, you can feel confident that she will help you be the best version of yourself, whatever your stage of life.
Jade is available to see physiotherapy patients on a Tuesday and Wednesday at our beautiful consultation room at the Fit & Food Studio.

With over 11 years of experience in the nutrition and dietetics field, Mary is a highly skilled Registered Dietitian specialising in Women’s Health. She completed her BSc in Human Nutrition and further advanced her expertise with a Postgraduate Diploma in Nutrition and Dietetics. She is an active member of the BDA’s Maternal and Fertility Specialist Group and British Menopause Society.
Mary’s approach is centered in “Empowerment through Education on the Evidence Base.” She believes that equipping clients with the right knowledge helps them make sustainable, long-term changes for their health and well-being. By combining her extensive expertise with a compassionate, client-focused approach, she helps individuals overcome complex health challenges, ranging from hormone imbalances to digestive disorders.
Mary provides 1:1 consultations (both in-person and online) for comprehensive dietary assessments. Each consultation is designed to dive deep into your health history, dietary habits, and lifestyle to create a tailored plan that is practical, achievable, and aligned with your goals.
In addition to one-on-one support, Mary will be hosting interactive nutrition workshops at Fit and Food.
Outside her professional work, Mary competes in ultramarathons and enjoys cold-water swimming, with her personal dedication to fitness and well-being reflecting her holistic approach to health and wellness.
