With over 11 years of experience in the nutrition and dietetics field, Mary is a highly skilled Registered Dietitian specialising in Women’s Health. She completed her BSc in Human Nutrition and further advanced her expertise with a Postgraduate Diploma in Nutrition and Dietetics. She is an active member of the BDA’s Maternal and Fertility Specialist Group and British Menopause Society.
Mary’s approach is centered in “Empowerment through Education on the Evidence Base.” She believes that equipping clients with the right knowledge helps them make sustainable, long-term changes for their health and well-being. By combining her extensive expertise with a compassionate, client-focused approach, she helps individuals overcome complex health challenges, ranging from hormone imbalances to digestive disorders.
Mary provides 1:1 consultations (both in-person and online) for comprehensive dietary assessments. Each consultation is designed to dive deep into your health history, dietary habits, and lifestyle to create a tailored plan that is practical, achievable, and aligned with your goals.
In addition to one-on-one support, Mary will be hosting interactive nutrition workshops at Fit and Food.
Outside her professional work, Mary competes in ultramarathons and enjoys cold-water swimming, with her personal dedication to fitness and well-being reflecting her holistic approach to health and wellness.

Gemma is a Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr) who also holds a BSc Food & Nutrition, and a Postgraduate MSc Sports and Exercise Nutrition (SENr),
Gemma is a performance nutritionist at daveynutrition, who has a passion for helping others implement and experience the power of good nutrition habits to fuel a high performing lifestyle.
She has experience in 1-1 nutrition coaching, performance nutrition for team sport athletes and corporate wellness talks.
Gemma has competed in several European tournaments as a former Irish International soccer player, has represented Ireland in the world University games in Italy and currently plays for AFC Bournemouth in England.
Her experience working with clients has led Gemma to recognise the true importance of building strong foundations and creating a plan that’s personalised and reflected on regularly. So, whether your goal is weight management, increasing energy or to boost sporting performance, Gemma will help you achieve your goals in a healthy and sustainable way at Fit & Food.
