Registered Osteopath

Kathy is a registered osteopath who graduated with first-class honours from the College of Osteopaths in London. She also holds a Diploma in Clinical Acupuncture with Distinction from the University of Hong Kong, where she studied for two years.


With 18 years of experience living in Asia and a background that spans both Eastern and Western medicine, Kathy adopts a holistic approach, integrating osteopathy and the latest research with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) to improve patients' health and well-being, guiding them towards recovery.


In addition, Kathy has over 15 years of experience in personal training, specialising in Strength, Conditioning, Corrective Exercises, Thai Boxing, and Pilates.


Qualifications:

BSc (Hons) Osteopathy - College of Osteopaths, London

Diploma in Clinical acupuncture - Hong Kong University

Master's in International Management - IAE Nantes, France

Sports Qualifications:

Personal trainer (NASM, Active iQ)

Sports Massage Therapist

Pilates Instructor - all equipments (Polestar Pilates)

Corrective Exercise Specialist (NASM)

Crossfit: Level 1, Endurance, Mobility

Pre & Post Natal instructor


Who can benefit from Osteopathy?

Anyone can benefit from Osteopathy. Osteopathy has been recognised by the World Heath Organisation to effectively treat and/or relief pain for a wild range of musculoskeletal dysfunctions such as:

What is Osteopathy?

Osteopathy is a non invasive therapy aiming to restore function. It was developed in the United States by Dr. A.T. Still in the early 19th century.

In the UK, all osteopaths undergo 4 to 5 years of training, which includes academic studies in anatomy, physiology, and pathology, alongside 1,000 hours of clinical practice.
